I also like that the watch reminds you to move after being inactive, and it changes the objectives such as the number of steps to take as time goes by so that you can slowly improve your fitness. Itchy, reddish skin under the watch was also experienced by another tester and myself during some of the runs in the summer, although I have not had any problems since I started cleaning up the device with alcohol wipes at night.
The tester said, I compared my heart rate at various doctor visits and the watch was within one beat per minute of the doctor. Nevertheless, I also find that in all activities, this watch is slightly overestimated, and instead of 3.1 miles after a 5K, my watch showed 3.2 miles, or instead of 2000 yards of swimming, my watch showed 2200 yards, which is typical of many fitness trackers in my experience.
